No Refund Policy for Custom Orders

At Kendra Kreationz, every custom order is created especially for you. Because each item is personalized to your specific requests, all custom order sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

We kindly ask that you carefully review all order details, including names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and design selections before submitting your order. Once your order has been approved and production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and a description of the issue so we can review your claim and work toward a resolution. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
